Heather accommodated our crazy schedule with no hesitation.
At first we were a little uncertain because Heather works with a lot of clients so we worried that we might not get the attention we needed and were afraid we would get passed around to others who wouldn’t be familiar with situation. However, that was never the case. Heather accommodated our crazy schedule with no hesitation. She was always accessible and responsive. Her team is wonderful and friendly – Collin, Jenn, Aubrey, Amanda – They know what they are doing and they do it well. We were always taken care of. We appreciate their follow through and constant communication. We believe Heather really cares about her clients and is very thoughtful and mindful of their needs. We called Heather on a Saturday morning after seeing the house of our dreams at an open house. (There had been 7 offers, 2 of which were cash offers.) We didn’t believe we had a chance. She immediately went to work for us and gave us the best advice on how we should approach the “competition”; what we should offer and the terms. In addition, she helped us sell our house. Even though the first offer fell through, Heather was back working for us again, and within a week, we had an even better offer. It was a real peace of mind to have Heather helping us navigate this crazy housing market. 5-stars isn’t enough; Heather was a 10.

So there I was, mid 20s and looking to purchase my first home and honestly not knowing much about real estate; how much to put down, qualifications, etc. Everyone knows a handful of realtors and how was I supposed to know who to trust with one of the biggest decisions of my life? Luckily, I had another Real Estate friend in another state that pointed me to Heather Roxburgh and her AMAZING team. I met Heather and was instantly drawn to her warm spirit and happy attitude. I could tell she honestly loves her job. She was so kind and patient while she showed me tons of houses and helped me understand things that sometimes felt like a foreign language. She spent days upon days showing me different options while going over pros and cons of each one. She was the perfect balance of hands on to where I felt comfortable and understood everything but hands off enough to not feel pressured.
