Meet Heather — a one-of-a-kind real estate agent, lifelong friend, proud mother and travel enthusiast, to just name a few.
Heather Roxburgh, founder of The Heather Roxburgh Group, became a Realtor in 2006 and quickly became an award-winning agent, maintaining a top ranking in Utah.
Heather believes in focusing on building lifelong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service. Her unique relational approach to real estate has allowed her to become an expert at successfully guiding and mentoring clients through the home buying and/or selling process.
Heather understands that the real estate process is more than just buying and selling a home; it’s the beginning of a new chapter in a client’s life.
Heather stays informed and educated on the real estate market and how current trends affect her clients. She loves learning, participating on panels and enjoys using her skills to help others succeed. Heather has vast professional connections with colleagues across the country and she takes great pride in using these connections to better serve her clients. Heather also uses her skills and extensive knowledge in the industry to provide training and mentorship to large real estate brokerages and individual agents alike.
As Heather’s business has grown over the years, so has her team. She handpicks her staff because they each complement her business philosophy and share her passion for superior customer experience. Heather has received numerous awards including the Hall of Fame Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Diamond Club Award. Heather also attained her ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative designation. In 2013, Heather and the team were awarded the Salt Lake Board of Realtors’ Small Sales Team of the Year.
Heather has lived in Salt Lake City for over twenty years and she is passionate about the community she lives and works in. She is the proud mother of three accomplished daughters. She’s an avid athlete and enjoys hiking, swimming, boating, traveling, listening to motivational speakers and meeting new people. Above all else, Heather values family and friends. We’re going to be honest, everyone at The Roxburgh Group feels like we hit the jackpot with Kassi.
Not the typical millennial, she is an eager real estate agent focused on helping buyers find their perfect home and sellers have a stress-free experience. She prides herself on providing thoughtful customer service and constant communication with each client.
Kassi is a Utah girl through and through. Born and raised here, she has lived from Riverton all the way to Logan, and many places in between. As a Utah local, she is a true area expert and has found joy in every city she has lived. She is also very familiar with the home buying and selling process. Although she got her start in the real estate industry by working in administration, she found her real passion in becoming a Realtor.
Kassi has an extensive and diverse background in customer service and teamwork, which helped develop her passion for real estate. When she started working in the real estate industry, she quickly moved up the ranks from front desk receptionist to designing marketing to accounting to client care coordinator. She took the next step and got her real estate license in 2018 after 5 years in the industry.
She is also known for her stellar communication, expert negotiation skills and team attitude. Her favorite part of her job is getting the chance to help change someone’s life for the better. Interacting with all of our past, present and future clients keeps her energized. She believes that when you step up for your team and your clients, you receive a new opportunity to learn and explore.
And who could forget Kassi’s uncanny way of making everyone laugh? She brings her friendly attitude to every situation and makes the real estate experience loads of fun.
When not working, Kassi can be found outdoors with her best friend, and husband, Todd, and their 4 furbabies. They enjoy traveling the world, hiking, camping and going to concerts. And if she isn’t there, then most likely she is at the gym, where she has made fitness a main focus of her life. She truly believes the healthier our bodies are, the happier we become.

He will fight for you and your real estate goals. Joel’s number one priority is helping buyers find their perfect home and ensuring sellers have a stress-free experience.
Positive, trustworthy and knowledgeable are just a few words to describe Joel. With a diverse background, from firefighter to finance, Joel prides himself with being customer-service oriented and a true area expert.
Born and raised in Utah, Joel is well familiar with the Salt Lake Valley and everything it has to offer. Joel is not your typical millennial and is a huge advocate for face- to-face interaction. Communication is the #1 key and has helped Joel gain his clients trust.
Joel is known for his happy-go-lucky attitude and positive, calm demeanor. His favorite part of his job is having the opportunity to help his clients with the biggest transaction of their lives and making sure that they get through the process nice and smooth.
When not working, he enjoys spending his free-time with his girlfriend, Lauren, and 4 dogs. His craving for new adventures allows him to lead an active lifestyle where he is always looking for new, and exciting things to do.

Do you know any superheroes? Well we do, and her name is Stephanie.
Stephanie has been a Realtor since 2006 and has been in the game full-time since 2014. Being an agent has always been a perfect fit for Stephanie. She was once a VP of Sales and even has experience as a researcher in commercial appraising. Now? Earning a “silver producer” award due to her impressive sales volume in 2020 is just one of her many accolades.
We don’t know anybody who is as proficient in kick-butt negotiations like Stephanie. She is a laser-focused agent who is determined to get every client to the finish line, no matter the housing market! But the best part about Stephanie’s tactics is that she always fights for the “win” for her clients. It’s only a successful negotiation for Stephanie if it ends in a “win-win” situation.
Stephanie is the grounding force for The Roxburgh Group. She’s always offering life-changing advice and knows what it takes to keep the team balanced. And with a life that features two little ones at home, Stephanie is all about the work-life balance. Honestly, moms really are superheroes, and Stephanie is the poster child for any working mom!
Stephanie spends most of her free time wrangling-in her two kiddos, but she wouldn’t change that for the world. She’s also an experienced traveler who’s got us beat when it comes to passport stamps. Stephanie has backpacked across Europe and lived in a variety of places such as Sweden, New York, and the Dominican Republic. But really, her true home and haven is together with her family, probably on a boat somewhere.

Drum roll please! Meet Amanda, client care extraordinaire.
Amanda has been a key member of The Heather Roxburgh Group team since 2013 — wearing many different hats during that time including office manager, transaction coordinator, personal assistant and even marketing/listing coordinator. She knows the team from the inside out and is the go-to person in the organization. To put it simply, Amanda does it all and we don’t know what we’d do without her.
Amanda takes client care to the next level with her extensive background in customer service. She graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communication. After graduating, she spent a year working at Walt Disney World where she learned the ins and outs of great customer care.
Amanda’s positive attitude and keen understanding of the entire real estate process ensures that each transaction process is seamless. She has built strong partnerships with lenders, title companies, home inspectors and various other service providers. Her excellent communication and follow up will ensure that all clients stay up-to-date and well informed throughout their real estate transaction. Amanda is a wonderful asset to the team. Her hard work and dedication make the entire contract-to-close process easy and smooth.
Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and fur babies, Sophie and Cooper. She loves going to new movies, getting together with friends for monthly book club and decorating her new home. Amanda is also passionate about Real Salt Lake and Friday the 13th — in that order.
Marketing & Creative Coordinator
Say hello to Hannah—creative writer, marketer, and cat lover.
As The Roxburgh Group’s Marketing & Creative Coordinator, Hannah acts as the bridge between our clients and the world of real estate. She coordinates all types of marketing—from listing materials to social media to client parties—and does it all with a creative eye and sense of wit.
With a background in creative writing, Hannah is all about making the process of buying a home a little less “nitty-gritty” and more relatable to our clients. She balances the line of fun and professionalism by offering insight into the market as well as breaking down concepts for those just embarking on their real estate journey.
Even though she loves a good pun every now and then, Hannah values honesty and respect above all else. She promises to respect the time and concerns of every client, as well as sharing genuine information about the team and the housing market so everyone can stay informed and make educated decisions.
She loves connecting with people and going “the extra mile” to establish a strong bond between our team and the clients who support us. That, and she loves to spew movie facts whenever she has the chance. (Warning: Hannah will gush about Stranger Things and most Broadway musicals if given the opportunity.)
When not snuggling her cat or binging the latest Netflix series, Hannah spends most of her free time improving her writing skills by reading and working on her latest YA novel. (If you are ever in need of a good book recommendation, Hannah is your go-to gal!)
