Meet Heather — a one-of-a-kind real estate agent, lifelong friend, proud mother and travel enthusiast, to just name a few.
Heather Roxburgh, founder of The Heather Roxburgh Group, became a Realtor in 2006 and quickly became an award-winning agent, maintaining a top ranking in Utah.
Heather believes in focusing on building lifelong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service. Her unique relational approach to real estate has allowed her to become an expert at successfully guiding and mentoring clients through the home buying and/or selling process.
Heather understands that the real estate process is more than just buying and selling a home; it’s the beginning of a new chapter in a client’s life.
Heather stays informed and educated on the real estate market and how current trends affect her clients. She loves learning, participating on panels and enjoys using her skills to help others succeed. Heather has vast professional connections with colleagues across the country and she takes great pride in using these connections to better serve her clients. Heather also uses her skills and extensive knowledge in the industry to provide training and mentorship to large real estate brokerages and individual agents alike.
As Heather’s business has grown over the years, so has her team. She handpicks her staff because they each complement her business philosophy and share her passion for superior customer experience. Heather has received numerous awards including the Hall of Fame Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Diamond Club Award. Heather also attained her ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative designation. In 2013, Heather and the team were awarded the Salt Lake Board of Realtors’ Small Sales Team of the Year.
Heather has lived in Salt Lake City for over twenty years and she is passionate about the community she lives and works in. She is the proud mother of three accomplished daughters. She’s an avid athlete and enjoys hiking, swimming, boating, traveling, listening to motivational speakers and meeting new people. Above all else, Heather values family and friends. Carmen first entered the real estate world as a property manager in 2010, but she ultimately made the switch and became a REALTOR® in 2018. It didn’t take long for Carmen to show that she isn’t just your average agent. She has been awarded “Agent of the Month” by her brokerage and has earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.
In the crazy world of real estate, Carmen stands out from the rest as a top-notch negotiator. She takes pride in her consistent communication and actively shares facts and advice about the housing market with her clients. She realizes that a home is the biggest investment most people will ever make, and she will do whatever it takes to make the transaction as smooth as possible. And as an entrepreneur at heart, Carmen has owned several businesses in the past and is passionate about guiding her clients to reach their financial goals.
Carmen is a great reflection of our team with her strong-willed work ethic and genuine care for her clients. She strives to establish personal connections with every client she works with, quickly becoming fast friends and establishing a lifelong connection with every family she works with.
When not showing homes, writing offers, negotiating deadlines, or making miracles happen—you can find Carmen basking in the Utah sunshine. She loves all outdoor activities—from running to hiking to biking and more—all to make up for her decadent sweet tooth. (Chocolate is most definitely the quickest way to her heart.) She also loves to spend as much time as she can with her 3 boys and their growing families.
Kassi Johnson

She takes client care to the next level with her extensive background in both customer service and real estate. She is also an eager real estate agent focused on helping buyers find their perfect home and sellers have a stress-free experience. She prides herself on providing thoughtful care and constant communication with each client.
Kassi is a Utah girl through and through. Born and raised here, she has lived from Salt Lake City all the way to Logan, and many places in between. She is a true area expert and has found joy in every city she has lived in. She is also very familiar with the home buying and selling process since she’s been working in the real estate industry since 2014.
Kassi has an extensive and diverse background in customer service and teamwork, which helped develop her passion for real estate. Her excellent communication and follow-up will ensure that all clients stay up-to-date and well-informed throughout their real estate transactions. She has built strong partnerships with lenders, title companies, home inspectors, and various other service providers. Her hard work and dedication make the entire contract-to-close process easy and smooth.
She is also known for her expert negotiation skills and team attitude. Her favorite part of her job is getting the chance to help change someone’s life for the better. When not working, Kassi can be found outdoors hiking, skiing, or camping with her best friend, and husband, Todd, and their 3 fur babies. She enjoys adventures of all kinds as long as she’s outside! She truly believes that exploring the world is one of the greatest joys of life!

Lina has a natural talent for connecting with people, making her a perfect fit for the world of real estate. Growing up, she got an early introduction to the industry by helping a family friend stage homes and assist at open houses. Those early experiences sparked a lasting passion for real estate and helping people find their perfect place. Now, as a licensed agent, Lina combines her dependability, organizational skills, and genuine enthusiasm to ensure her clients feel supported every step of the way
For Lina, real estate is more than just buying or selling homes—it’s about celebrating the excitement of life’s next chapter. She thrives on seeing the joy and satisfaction her clients experience when they achieve their goals and believes in keeping the process straightforward, personalized, and enjoyable.
Before launching her real estate career, Lina worked at Lululemon and in telecommunications at the University of Utah Hospital. These roles helped her develop outstanding communication and organizational skills, which she now uses to provide exceptional service to her clients.
When she’s not hard at work, Lina enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, or traveling to a favorite destination like North Shore, Oahu. Family is especially important to her, and she can often be found cheering on her four younger brothers at their basketball games.
